Damn it, Jaws

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I'm currently in Florida, and came across a store called Natural Environment Aquatix. It was tough walking out of the place without any fish today, as they have basically everything I'm looking for. I plan to visit again tomorrow on my way back to Ga, and pick up an Ornate, 2 Rope fish, and a Green Terror.

Damn, you really got that poly flu:D
It started out with just wanting to explore the local fish stores while I'm down here, but that place was stocked almost exclusively with monsters. Flowerhorns, and Midas, big and small, mutiple species of eels, polys, rope fish, puffers, dats, pikes, lungfish, gobes, cichlids, catfish, wolf fish, and many other oddballs.

Sound reaaly awesome store.

the only store similar to that here has crazy prices, poor staff advice and unhealthy fish crammed into incredibly overstocked tanks even for shop standards.

Looking forward to pics :)

This store is basically the exact opposite. The staff are knowledgeable, fish well cared for, and prices are about half of those in Ga.

sounds like my kind of store. +1 to everybody who said this. What is the name of it? And where in Florida? If you don't mind me asking. I might just have to trek over there.

Natural Environment Aquatix. It's in Jacksonville.

One thing I forgot to mention; the store only sells freshwater fish. Not a single saltwater fish on the property.
