I really like the coloration of nigerian laps. Where would I find them? I went through multiple pages of google and very little websites sell them.

Most lfs mislabel a nigerian lap to palmas polli, if you know the difference between a really palmas polli and a nigerian lap, you might get lucky in lfs. They usually being sold 6"-9" $40-$50 in my area.

Their pricing actually isn't that bad. I wouldn't mind paying $40 + shipping for a lap, as one my lfs sells 3" sens for $40.
