IMO and experience, I would have starved my NGT to death trying to feed it pellets. After trying for so long, it became very thin. I felt is needed to get used to eating again, so I gave in by feeding it frozen bloodworms daily for while. Then, its important to get back to my goal of it eating pellets. In short, feed it what is will eat, marinated with what you want it to eat daily (garlic extract helps too). If it still doesn't take it, then feed it only this mix sparingly throughout the week. It will work. My NGT is the most stubborn SOB. Getting my cichla Azul and 8" IT to eat floating cichlid gold pellets was much easier. Just my experience, maybe it'll help someone one day.
