You guys are killing me. All three of these little guys are At. The original and largest is the bully. i am planning on bringing up the group to 5 when i can find more....meantime i am trading the bully with a fellow MFK'er for some red hooks.....There are no Dats easy to find in CT or NYC right now. I grab what I can because i know lots of others looking.......i will adapt my tanks for them.....My large tank has no issues with anything larger than 3" which is easy to reach in small tanks.
The whole At in brackish is not at all settled with all due respect. My research both in and out of this site seems to suggest that At are found in both brackish conditions and completely land locked in freshwater. My Dats are quite happy for now with a teaspoon of salt per gallon. The Dat in solitary eats like a pig and the new additions are settled in nicely. All eat pellets, flake, krill and bloodworms.
I have 4 larger Dats....three ITT 3-4"and one large IT 9-10". None of them will eat pellets. i feed frozen silversides and krill.....I would trade all three At for a decent IT in a second! My goal is a tiger and red hook tank with two Tats as comic relief. I am getting there.....if only the left coast would share some dats with rthe east!!!!!!!
