Just an update, got the prazi pro yesterday, he came out after the light shut off but not much else. Hopefully this will kick it out of em.

Everything looks good, nitrates are at 5ppm, my ph is sitting at 7.5. Ammonia doesn't register. Did a 100gal water change about 3days ago on a 210gal tank.

Is it in BW water ?
What's the ph ?

They are a BW fish and some may live fine in FW for sometime others can't handle it

You say he keeps rubbing on the drift wood that tells me your ph gh and kh must be fairly low not a good mix with a BW fish

Added some more salt, and added some garlic guard to the water. He's been a bit more active. Think the prazi is doing it's job. Sadly the little guy must a had a bunch a flukes in him cause there are quite a few white spots where they were hatching out of him. I'm hoping the garlic will help his appetite.

You say you have always added salt to the tank, what kind of salt do you add?

Aquarium salt, api aquarium salt to be exact, usually just a scoop or 2, to add electrolytes. When there sick I dose it half the recommended dose, because of the loaches and pictus cats I have.

I was asking because earlier someone mentioned brackish and you said that you have always used salt.I wasn't sure if you were aware that aquarium salt is not the kind that is used to make brackish water.
