Not sure if it has been mentioned, but closely resembles a saltwater specie from the "Sebastes" genus, or known as a rockfish. There are many of them that resembles a datnoid with lots of color variations.

Thought so,...what did you think?..I actually have not seen the way cows and chickens are slaughtered,care to enlighten me?..Do they shave a chunk out of a cow or pigs ass so diners can sit and watch it as they consume its raw flesh?....Somehow hanging a pig and slitting its throat compares to what this fish has to endure?....LMAO!

(This is old and still modern I am educated in agriculture, look how cows and chicken are grown up, how they are treated, how much medicine plus how much hormones gets into their bloods stream, they grow triple or double this rate then regular animals. This is truly unhealthy for the animals and they can feel it since their body is changing rapidly.
how fish is related is from shipping they die in bags from other countries to us and cause of what, of us wanting them in our tanks just to look at rather then them being in the wild (boom)

I'm Asian but I don't advocate inhumane treatment of animals before they are slaughtered. The one shown on video is totally unacceptable to me. To see something sadistic before you eat is completely disgusting.
