I think I know the answer to this but...

I have a 7 inch Dat and just got 2 1.5 inchers in a separate tank. Would the big one eat the little ones?

There is a youtube video I saw that, to me, proves they won't eat each other. There were 3 large, foot long (?) Dats in a tank. They dumped a bucket of maybe 10 1" babies in. The big guys were extremely curious for a couple minutes but nothing happened. Then they dumped a bucket of feeder goldfish in and the Dat's HAMMERED them. The baby Dats just ran to the corners.

Extremely rare for this to happen. .
But I know of a friend that it did happen to.
And 18-19 inch indo ate a 6 inch indo.
Tail was seen hanging out of the mouth.
This is uber rare though

I saw that video about 3 years ago when I got my first Dat. Don't remember any details about it, I was still drinking then.
