Like you said, if she can't stand the bullets, get out of the snow throwing business, doesn't matter if he was a cop or not. Luckly he was. Dodging bullets are just as fun as dodging snowballs if you ask me. Be a man.

first ? what is he standing in the intersection for, from what I see he is there for a reason and someone beans him in the side of the head with a snowball so much so that you can see the snow in his ear. Guess what they should think twice before throwing a snowball at what is obviously an officer, what kind of street punk uses a walkie talkie?

That my friends is called assault if you follow the letter of the law. I think the cop showed good restraint, and the crowds needs to shut up and take a reality check.

its a snowball fight....... the cop overreacted and i wouldnt be surprised if he was disciplined, he could have caused a panic and got himself or someone else killed. i know cops that wouldnt have joined in and not cried about being hit

He got out of his car because there were snowballs thrown at it.He overacted,waved his gun at a mass of people who were not advancing on him,and now he may be out of a job.Bottom line.

Spit fights are fun too. Let's see you spit on a cop on duty. It's a felony, with spit or snowball. The stupid mob shouldn't waste taxpayers' money by wasting public servitude's time. He can be catching criminals. But hey, these arses just became criminals, by assaulting him. Even the backup cops sided with him.

I'd like to go on record that I have NOT ever been in a spit fight and it does NOT sound fun, at all. and if he is in fact a public servant which i disagree with strongly, why is he brandishing a gun at the public, I dont like to judge on appearance, except when its easy, some hot head driving a hummer which im sure he needs to transport military supplies and troupes during his free time, has his monstrocity hit with a snowball and then he gets hit all after driving through terrible conditions for who knows how long, seems to me he snapped and made a stupid decision. i only watched once but didnt he put the gun away after a min or so, maybe cooled off and realized, in my opinion a public apology would go a long way, maybe some anger management just for show, or for real.
