Dead Female BN Pleco

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The pleco section is pretty much void of people. I dont see any advantages in it being moved, only that i wont get any more help from now on and will now have to post a new thread because if i ask a question on here it might take weeks to get a reply.

I understand about what your saying but if you look in the general section mods asked for threads to be posted in the correct section the reason why other sections seem "void" is due to people posting threads like this in the general section and not were it should be if people posted were it should be the forums would stay active this is the reason why they don't because people think like this so just for the future try to post in correct section mods will most likely move it if you don't anyway and honestly I would ditch the jewel and the parrot they don't really belong in a tank with discus but its your tank I can just offer my advice to you hope your other bn makes it

Sorry to hear that man. In my experience I've had a few plecos passed on me 1 at old age 2 from when I was a noob at pleco keeping and kept bn pair and fed them to much blood worms, got bloated and passed. In all cases they all passed with erect finnage and odontodes/cheek spines. It's really a toss up if you don't see it for yourself. Could be the male getting aggressive with the female. Or could be it passed and the others picked on the body afterwards too...never know. Could be other fishes killed it. I think it will remain a mystery.
