it wont do anything unless you use rat poison, but even then with a tank that large i wouldn't worry about it.

Found the head in the sump. Looks like the mouse fell in the sump and the pump ripped it in half, and only the bottom half made it in the tank.

Arowanas are called monkey fish in South America because they jump out of the water to catch birds and rodents on branches. You'll be ok, the mouse isn't the problem, it's that there was something dead in the tank that was the issue. Like stated before, water changes were your best bet, but you have nothing to worry about now.
