its kind of back to itself its eating the pellet food but the spot is still there its a white spot on the outside of its eye about the size of a ball point pen tip

just the ph this is my first tank set up ever so im still learning....any tips on fixing his eye?

Diagnose what it is and what's causing it before you attempt to treat it.

How long have you had the tank set up? Last water change? Your typical water change schedule? Any leftover food? Do you take leftover food out right away?

More info will help us. My gut feeling is a spike in ammonia but you need a better test kit. You can take your water in to your LFS and they'll check it for you for free.

I agree with the above, you need to get the water tested to be able to diagnose the problem
