man that sucks,,,,it seems this is not the 1st time,, hope you get all you need done so this dose not happen again.

This is the largest whole-hatchery loss. Before, it was incidents in one tank or another. Still large losses. But, not on this scale. I've lost about $50K in stock in the last 1-2 years.

Replacements are going to be difficult. I was laid off when the company I worked for folded a year and a half ago. My current job pays about 1/8th of what I used to make. There'll be no "what's in the box" posts from me for a while.

$50k with that kind of cash involved i would def look into having an a/c on its own line with a back up generator

Do you have insurance that covers this loss?

If you are breeding that many you may qualify as a fish farmer and for farm insurance.
