They are now 26-28" and do wonderful together. Actually, Norbert was a lot older and bigger, but the three of them could not have been more peaceful with each other. They all had their own hiding spots, but my two younger ones spend more time together. I wish you all the luck in getting your two fire eels.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Your TT eel was a fine example of a captive specimen. An awesome representation of fine care that shows captive bred fish can rival and even surpass the splendor of nature's magnificent creations. I know this loss will stay with you for some time. Hope you will be able to raise another fish to rival TT eel's splendor!

Sure was a beast.....Took everything I had to hold it upright for the last pics......Truelly bigger than the average mans forearms as well....Would have like to have gotten a weight on the guy....but didn't....
