Death...the inevitable. No matter how much you take care of anyone or anything, everyone ends up back to the earth. Events like these makes me wonder if it really is meant to be keeping fish by their lonesome. Somehow my gut feeling tells me that it could've been lonely for so long. No mate to exchange agressions and affection. Sure it is nothing but just an animal, but do we really know the depth of their existence. Consider my post the eulogy of this fine majestic beast. Somehow, it feels impersonal for someone else to enjoy eating this fish. I couldn't make myself eat it.

should he be eating a fish with parasites... I guess it's not that bad as most of the wild fish have parasites right?
