Delhezi : WHAT am i doing wrong ???

I have a captive bred delhezi that is growing quite fast in a 55, I am feeding floating cichlid gold pellets. Delhezi and Senegals from my experience readily accept floating pellet foods. Be kind of careful with pellet size though, I once had a small poly choke to death on a piece of massivore. My delhezi is around 4-5'' use good judgement on pellet size to throat size.
