Desperately seeking suggestions

I actually keep a satan. jurupari with my 3 dempseys. At first he was getting punked left and right and suddenly bam I see him snapping back and chasing the JDs. I've even seen this guy lip lock with my old GT haha. Just goes to show not all fish have the same personalities.

In the case of the OP wanting something aggressive, then it has to be something small, like salvini or neet, otherwise, a big cichlid might not give the dempsey too much room for territory

Yeah I know just saying mine was the oddball in the bunch lol. Isn't 100G about 4 ft in length? I think if he sticks to females it could work, but then he runs the risk of lesbian pairs forming..... he could probably do one large aggro and some smaller/medium sized ones granted that they're aggro too

Lansing Michigan. I think they're about 10ish? I looked them over cause they get soo pretty with the colors but I don't have an empty tank right now.... I can double check it if you really want me to?

Thanks for the offer, but I think that I will check with my LFS to see if they will order some for me as I want to try to get a pair.

My only other thought is a Jag. Those are easy to get, but I am not sure that I want a single fish. I do not think that a pair of jags would fit in a 100.
