No issues here Liz. Was there anything that specifically happened or maybe after a action or place online you noticed it? Is it a laptop or a tower based PC? Windows I assume? What do you run for anitvirus?
You may want to Ctrl+Alt+del and bring up the task manager and see what processes are running alot of memory resources in the mem tab. If there is something there being a mem or even CPU hog that can create
some issues. Feel free to give me a shout (yes im a geek) more then glad to help if I can

thats awesome.. thanks so much.. i run windows 7 desk top.. i am hoping it was my server verizon.. everytime i went to yahoo mail account.. almost every new message would not open..after a few tries i finally had success.. so maybe it was just yahoo.. when i came on mfk..it would say running script and delay there too until i click it off every time.. i have Norton and malwares virus protector ..ran both of them with no signs of malicious virus.. very aggrivating .. today the only hint of existing trouble is when i come on mfk theres a delay in moving to next forum etc.. but no message about the script.. maybe just alot of activity online? Good to know a geek.. i appreciate it..i will check memory..i am still having a delay moving mfk page up... click on arrow.. and then i need to wait and then okay again..

I no longer use norton after malware hid inside it. When the norton company found it remotely and tried to remove it, the malware damaged the internet connection files and disconnected itself. Had to wipe the whole pc clean.

Now I use avast and spysweeper.

thanks .. i have not been happy with norton either.. and it is about to run out..so this was great advice.. i will go to Avast . Also when i was having a problem with a malicious virus.. i called HP and Hp ran Malwares on my pc to eradicate virus.. yet the pc came with Norton.. so i knew then that they did not really recommend it otherwise they would have ran Norton malware and also they would have told me to install it permanately..

Norton's is also an incredible power hog. It will suck up memory and CPU processes like crazy. Believe it or not another good one to check out thats free is the Microsoft security essentials. Low power consumption, works well, never had issues and best of all free. But get rid of Nortons.

What do you use as a browser? Could be an issue here.

Also I would recommend this free utility. Run it in pro mode. Have it check EVERYTHING and repair EVERYTHING. Ive had this program correct many issues for people.

Advanced system care.

After running it do a restart and it will also do some system fixer up during boot. Should help your overall performance and speed of your machine.

This program is more of a maintenance aid then anything. I run it weekly a couple times. I normally just use the free version and it helps tons. I use Microsoft Security Essentials for my antivirus. Its free and works well and best of all its not a power hog and its optimized to work with windows.
