Did I buy a spotted gar or Alligator?????

ya ^^^^ not long before the silver dollars get picked off... Not trying to be rude but gator gars and florida gars grow about the same either way you would end up with a monster fish. Gator gars have short snouts or nose's and fl gars have longer.

Gator gars and floridas do NOT grow the same. Gators get bigger much faster. That combined with an overall more aggressive fish makes them completely different.

hmm, you're saying a fish that grow to about 3ft and a fish that grow more than 10ft are the same?
yeah, return the fish if you're not ready to have that kind of monster.
