You can't tell if it is a Midas, or a RT from the pic...........

Could be either, no way to confirm for sure, yeah, It may be midas, but really...

I will hold my PERSONAL OPINION until then, I just think you are in good shape either way, and the Tanks ROCKS!

Well, I work at petsmart, and I can almost guarantee thats just your normal rd/midas hybrid that is all too common (but rightfully so!) in the hobby these days.

I also happen to have a buddy who works at the petsmart in gurnee, Il. Based on the pic, he said he can't tell, the tanks are filled with Uros, Midas/RD, whaever hybrid they get, again based of THAT picture, if you can tell.........

I would say midas/red devil based on what i can see from your pic, but as metioned before a better pic can confirm its identity.
