Dinosaur Eels?

Last week at petsupermarket they have a couple of fish that look like bichirs or what ever they are about 3-4" and they didnt have a price but today i went and asked what they were and they said they are "Dinosaur Eels" for $14.99 i was wondering if they are bichirs of some sort?

$14.99 sounds kinda steep though. It might be due to your location though. They go for around half that price around Chicago. I would recommend these as your first bicher or what ever they are.

my local petsmart has them listed as dinosaur bichirs, for 10.99 i want one but im not 100% sure. im pretty sure they arethe same thing though.

they look exactly like em so thats why i thought they were, but if they are thats sorta a *** price the ones at big als cost like $20 for about 10X bigger but ill try taking pics next time i go i really want a bichir they look cool do you know how many can live in a 120?

I get my dinosaur bichirs form petsmart for 6.99.

yeah they are bichirs. i have one and it is 5 inches. they grow to about a foot and mine already ate a fish.

my bichirs sold to me were listed as dinosaur eels, always like that description though. also seen bronze dragons, but they're not bronze, i chuckled.
