disaster strucked my orino and mono=(

well yesterday i went to my fishroom like normal then i found my orinos right eye is damaged. What are the chances of it healing back? And what should i do? Ive added salt and raised the temp to 86. Then today i went to check again and my new monos right eye is damaged. He was a little banged up from the lfs but for 30 bucks i couldnt resist

looks like its external and has not damaged the inner workings of the eye e.g cornea
edit.. seems like you just added the mono has the same issue.. again looks minor..
looks like someone is fighting or causing them to bump into things.. maybe the jaguars

for both fish? the orino looks like it has more extensive damage. even though the pics dont show it it has pierced the eyeball

Melifix works wonders for cloud eye ..Had a jardini that jumped and injured his eye it went cloudy 3 days of melifix fixed him right up ..If you want to treat with a little more then salt that is....Melefix also treats open sores and fungis bro...

add half dosage of melafix
dont forget to add lots of aeration

i will definitely add some. I think i have a bottle around somewhere

oh okay thats good news...definitely will add melafix...ive separated the oirno from everybody else but should i separate the mono too? i kinda ran out of eggcrate. or should i just separate them together?

the mono has MINIMAL damage.. he should be fine.. keep an eye on him..
orino should be alone

Keep the water really clean also...should heal nicely. My orino has had similar damage done from hitting the drift wood while her and the mono were goin through their breeding activities...

check the water parameter for ammonia and stuff, looks like ammonia burn. I had one bass do that and I did a water change and added some water conditioner and it went away. but I had a little bit of ammonia in the water from all the food and crap
