check the water parameter for ammonia and stuff, looks like ammonia burn. I had one bass do that and I did a water change and added some water conditioner and it went away. but I had a little bit of ammonia in the water from all the food and crap

Wouldnt all my fish have it though? Ill check it again anyways to be safe

What fish is beatn em up? That orino is too nice to lose..id find the culprit and move him to another tank and leave the p's where their at.

Now that both your fish got it...its from ammonia or extremely low ph. Do a water change bring up ph and add pimafix. I know this because ive had this happen to my bass a couple times. And no all your fish wouldnt have it...when it would happen to me some of my bass would get it first but never would my dats or endlies.

some fish have a higher tolerance of it. I don't know..... I was just saying it looks like something I had happen. I did a few small water changes throughtout the week and it went away.

Lets be real here. I am not going to pull any punches. You need to seperate them from the other CICHLID'S. I had to seperate a cichlid due to my JAGS aggression and yes I seen the jags in the picture. My problem jag is 3'' so yes those are aggression wound's.

Its not the other fish even though jags are bastards....In the first pic you can see that the slime in the eye is building up and in the second pic alot of the clear eye membrane is gone...acid burn or ammonia burn once it gets to high it will do what it did to your pbs eyes in no time.
