My discus ate the neons and cardinals, the only ones
thats lasted is the Lemon Tetras lol.I keep some plecs, rams
and a trio of Flagtail catfish (Dianema urostriatum) in
my main discus tank.

Where eva theres Cichla!!!
Discus will thrive with tetras such as harlequins, cardinals, neons and rummy nose, Swordtails, guppies and even silver sharks which is suprising...kuhli loaches,BN plecos and pictus make good bottom dwellers :)

i have glo lites, cardinals, bleeding hearts, runnynoses, rubberlipped pleco, twig cats, cory cats, a clown loach and a SAE with my discus. they are all fat and happy.

It says early that the adults are slow eaters and i definitly beg to differ about that. my adult discus are total pigs when it comes to food and they eat everythig in their path like its going out of style. its just rediculus sometimes.

I have cardinal's, 4 skunk cories and angel's in my discus tank and they all get along. My only problem is that the discus are devouring my cardinals!
