Ok this is an awesome raffle I still can't believe it...and for us international freaks =)

I have a question on this: "must be willing to obtain an importation permit. (1 month limit)"...what does that involve? what are costs attached to this? How does it work? Of course I am willing to get whatever I need if I win but i'm just curious, never imported fish before and I always wondered how it's done...and sorry if it was already answered, did not see it in thread...
