hello, I have some bass that have this kind of mark, others have nothing. Is it a disease or traces of fights according to you?

Harder to answer straight away. Can trach feeding metronidazole in food to the fish. If there is secondary infection, then consider adding triple sulfur to the water. Add a uv sterilizer.

If it’s due to stress from other fish. Then more water/bigger tanks are needed. Or reduction of stock. Not a good answer.

If it’s due to high mineralization in the water then may try to consider changing your water to something thats soft and acidic. Easier said than done.

If tank is a cycle, probably pH is fluctuating then it has been corrected to a stable pH. If nitrates and nitrates are high then water Hass to be corrected. Need to reevaluate the filtration.

Would suggest avoid feeding life food if that’s being done.

I agree with possible HITH.
What is your water change schedule? How much with each water change?
Although meds are a bandaid, unless you get to the root of the problem, it just reinfects.
What are your water parameters
pH?
nitrate?
Hardness?
What size tank?
How many fish? their sizes?

I have to buy the equipment to test the water and tell you more. at the moment i am dealing with esha2000 , at first it seemed to improve but eventually to empire , it is hitting my eyes now. do you have an idea ? No hit for me.

HITH is a bacterial infection, and if conditions aren't right, can migrate to eyes and other parts of the fish.
It's obvious from your last photo HITH is what it is, but.....
You still haven't said anything about your water changes schedule and water volume amounts, or tested your water.
Which could be a big help in diagnosis, and in deciding what is necessary for slow the diseases advance
An API test kit can be purchased at just about any place that sells fish, and fish supplies, and is simple to use.

generally I change 200 L every weekend, the tank is 1400L. What do you think I should test first? I also noticed white spots but apparently they are gone. I have a 300 L decantation + a fluval FX6 and a 36w UV.

200L out of 1400L is about 14% water change, possibly less as the tank is probably not full to the rim, and substratum and decorations occupy a lot of volume. So you may be changing about 10% weekly, or even less. IMHO that is way too little. I would not be comfortable changing any less than 50% weekly, ideally substantially more (50% twice a week?). You have some very nice fish and what looks like a very nice setup.
