Disgusting story!

A few years ago I had two bettas, one male and one female. Then one day the female was gone. I looked all over the place around the tank. Then like a week later I found it under my desk across the room. Nasty.

I had a couple crabs in my tank a long time ago when I first started back up . Well one crawled out and died, and I foudn him . no biggy, then the other one disappeared too, and I figured my dog found it. Well a year later I moved out of my apartment and under the couch was my little crab. looked very alive, just well... stiff. I strung him up on some floss, and pinned him to the ceiling, and left a post it note on the wall saying "good bye cruel world" and left. :)

Found quite a few jumpers like that at work.
Same here. Found a 12" Florida gar a couple weeks ago. Don't know how long it was behind the tank rack, but I bet everyone just assumed it sold while they weren't there, so no one realized it was missing

I would have loved to see the new tenant find that as they were moving in - LOL

i bought a small silver arowana a few month ago. somehow, he slithered through a crack and jumped out of the tank and stunk up my living room for 2 weeks. i could not find him. he was only 4 inches. i eventually bought a larger 6-7 incher and he's doing fine and growing like a beanstalk. there's nothing like a funky fishy smell of a dead fish in your house.
