Dude i had an EBJD that had the dislocated jaw thing. Tell me this, do the gills on both sides of the ocsars head move? when my fish had this, one side of the gills would not move anymore. Needless to say i lost the EBJD shortly after.

One of my EBJDs has a dislocated jaw also. He is still eating pellets and such. Believe it or not, he is growing faster than all of his brothers. I don't know if you can fix it, but if it eats that is great!

yeah, okay, thanks guys. i really hope that he can get his jaw back in place.
and i'll get that full tank shot after school. (i forgot about that)
and no i'm not feeding him guppies as a staple food. he mainly gets pellets, it just that i thought pellets might be too hard to chew so i went with guppies for two days.

yep, both of his gills are moving fine, he basically like normal(excepty wiht a dislocated jaw) and he won't eat pellets anymore. (i don't think it has anything to do with getting addicted to guppies, cause in the past i've fed him guppies and crikets for two or three days when i ran out of pellets and didn't have time to get em)

and i was just wondering if anyone has seen or heard of jaws popping back into place?
thanks.

get a uv or put the tank room into relative darkness for 48hrs to get rid ot that algae. (a bag of purigen in my canister makes my water crystal clear)

my female oscar had the EXACT same thing a while bad from too much lip locking with my male. never fully healed but she is doing fine and she never seems to mind, neither does my male.
