you need the primer?

you should use it. It helps the cement stick better... kinda like painting a car, primer makes for a good surface for the paint to adheire to.

Awsome Neo.. Weve talked about this from the very beggining . Can you incorporate a system where you can put water treatment into the age barrel ? NJ has chloramine and it wont go away with aeration.
