DIY Bio-reactor setup

1st pic is basically just the overflow water hitting the filterpad. (black sponges to cut down on splashing)

2nd pic is just to show the bio reactor positioned behind the sump.

3rd pic is showing small pump from sump feeding the reactor, then just gravity feeding directly back to sump. Large air pump on floor, feeding reactor.

4th pic is where u can see the water pumping in, and the massive amount of bio media.

NP, glad i could help!

its similar in looks but a little wider. u could use alot of diff containers to build one. the tricky part would be the positioning of all the holes....

let me get this straight, a bio-reactor is bio media suspended in water with air flowing up through it?
