ok so my fish in the 20g (see sig) love it, even the bichir, he rips it apart. in the 150 my firemouth and mayan eat it, pbass just spit it out and my oscar nibbles on it. so i just use it mostly in my 20 as a staple food.

i didnt, i just break off a piece and put it in the tank like any other frozen food.

awesome, i think i am going to make something similar to this, just gotta buy a really cheap blender or else the parents might get mad at me using the good one lol.

I've heard of people adding multivitamins into this similar recipes, but i think just getting the vitamins out of food you put in might be better.

yeah i have heard of adding multivitamins as well. your parents shouldnt get too mad as long as you clean it well.

could you also maybe add something like vita-chem instead of human vitamins, or does it make no difference?

wow, I think your fish eat better than most people, when you laid out the ingredients I was getting hungry...not too keen on paste though myself....

If you make it yourself you can adapt it to about anything you want. Some people have mixed certain foods into a form like this that actually induced spawning for the first time in very hard to spawn fish.
