Yeah keep waiting but I dunno about the extra silicone, I would assume the glass shop did a pretty good job but who knows.

I think the old selant would more likley leak than the new. How long its been dry for is important.

Fill the tank in stages if you are concerned I say.
 
did they atleast strip and reseal the whole tank? You do know that new silicone will not stick to old silicone right? So if they just stuck a peice of glass inside and threw a bunch of new silicone on top of old silicone then thats bad real bad.:popcorn:
