Are you only using biscuit on this stand? If so I would be worried that they will not hold. Biscuits are not a solid way to connect the pieces.

they are one of the best ways to do it. hence thier fine funiture usage.

congrats on being the first DIY stand ive seen thats built like a commercial stand (lumber wise anyway).. but what are you going to do if you give up fishkeeping and start collecting bulldozers? (my inside joke.. the stand for my 75 is all 4x4s and 2x8s)

More pictures. I was sanding the stand for 2 days...I'm tired of sanding, but I have some more to do.

Here's a picture of the tank. Its 120"L x 32.375"W x 24"T. It's about the largest tank I could get in the house... actually the stand is the problem its about 38" tall and 33 1/2" I had to take the front door off the hinges to get the stand in the house.

The cost of being a ]V[onster Fish Keeper! Way to go man keep up the awesome work.

Not seeing the tank here either. Sounds like a beast.

Yup, it's a bit of a beast.

That's what I want for my birthday. Nice work on the stand. Form and function in a large piece isn't seen too often.
