Picking up a free tank tomorrow. She said its a 55g. Up for helping me put one of these together? What would it cost for the baffles and other inside parts? I am hoping to be able to use this pump I picked up for free awhile back, but I'll have to wait and see if will be enough. Also have to pick up an overflow box.

If you don't want to drop money on an overflow box, we may be able to use PVC depending on your flow rate.

Sounds good and is worth a try to save money.

I am going to try and run the program with all of the parts this week, so I can help build a couple more of these 55 gallon sumps. We are finally starting to slow down at work so I can get the more important things done. :)

How do you ensure that all of the corian/glass/supports are even? Are you just eyeing it or what? Thanks.

Not level like that. lol. Level like even with the other supports in the sump, like picture 6.
