DIY Sump

Picking up a free tank tomorrow. She said its a 55g. Up for helping me put one of these together? What would it cost for the baffles and other inside parts? I am hoping to be able to use this pump I picked up for free awhile back, but I'll have to wait and see if will be enough. Also have to pick up an overflow box.

I am going to try and run the program with all of the parts this week, so I can help build a couple more of these 55 gallon sumps. We are finally starting to slow down at work so I can get the more important things done.

How do you ensure that all of the corian/glass/supports are even? Are you just eyeing it or what? Thanks.
