DIY tank/tv console

sorry no new updates as of yet.. and the project put on a minor hold cause i am making settlement on a house on Tuesday.. So my spare money that I had went towards all that fun stuff. But now that I am on my own I am hoping to start working on the tank in a few months after the holidays settle down a bit. Still trying to figure out what kind of epoxy or rubber product I want to use. And lighting will be a big pain.
yeah i can imagine lighting it will be a pain...haha the reason I randomly asked for an update is my sister is back from college and she was saying a guy in her class has taken an old mac screen and was going to turn it into a fish tank 
yea I say that as a thread on another fish forum. He was going pretty good. I am having a major problem cause I want to have low tech plants..
