With scrubbies you can actually go with a 1" hole saw...

the biggest drill bit i have is 1/3.. the 1/4 looks ok, i'll try it for now, but i may just go get a 1" hole saw if it doesnt flow well.

No problem...
Their stuff isn't "top drawer", but unless you make your living with your tools, they are plenty good for what most of us do, and for how often we'd use them...

Most all new paint is non-toxic when dry...what with kids chewing their cribs and all...
