When I kept goldfish I had 2 fast days a week. I think it really helps with swim bladder related issues in fish

Fish are cold blooded and do not produce heat and DO NOT need to be feed daily.

The poll didn't ask if you fed your fish daily... it asked if they need to be fed daily.

While I agree active fish should be fed more then non active fish...it still doesn't have to be daily.

Depends on the fish... my puffer eats every 2 - 3 days... where as my polleni gets a meal every day...
