Well I cant wait to get them! Now I just have to find an air pump that will not wear out after a year and a half.

Generally all you have to do is replace the Diaphram in the airpump to restore it to new quality. Sometimes the Magnetic arm, but repair kits are relatively cheap and easy to acquire.

I still have one of the old school air pumps that is brown - the box has an outline of two kissing gourami facing eachother...think it was made in 1993 or somthing...works fine

Look into Dolphin Air Pumps or the backup one that's battery powered by Azoo - both are high quality.

Wow those are pretty pricey, how about a 1200GPH on either side, think that would work?
