matt, This thread is non-debate oriented. many and varied statements have been posted and nobody else is arguing them, but you refuse to respect my right to just post something, though I asked politely.
I mentioned an actual concrete development in my real life (beyond ideology), don't CARE what you think, and don't have to "prove" anything more than other members in this thread.
You push the envelope toward forum limitations by dogging me on this subject. not admirable.
My last measly reply here is below.

Can't read, matt? I said "I'd about rather die holding out as a hostage than pay an entity for doing it to me."
Do you really have to hassle only me about my post? I don't appreciate being held hostage to the non-"A"CA.

You previously purchased health insurance from some company. Read= Chose & paid for our own, ourselves. It's called Independence and it was a freedom of mine. That company decided to discontinue the insurance product that you used to purchase. Probably offered you another one. Wrong/False/Untrue/Lies.

Now you can choose to buy insurance from that company or any number of other companies...with subsidies (discounts) Read= I did not choose dependence on Govt subsidies at twice the cost for worse policy/ and "I'm" irresponsible? What's your next agenda... Force unlawful prostitutes to pay the Johns for screwing them, and they should smile too? based on your income...and you can't be dropped because of illness or pre-existing conditions. Or you can choose to not purchase qualifying health insurance from an insurance company and pay a $95 / 1% income fine.

So, again, what does "boycotting Obamacare" mean? That you'll choose to be uninsured (and pay out of pocket for healthcare - good luck with that - or rely on the largess of those of us :barf: apparently not large enough for you to know when or where to shove all this argumentative condescending arrogance.who chose to be responsible / insured to subsidize you)? when my hard earned loaf of bread is demolished, I should be grateful for your gracious replacement crumbs. If YOU aren't eating it, I'm not listening.
I bet this is all just ideological with you, and you are expansively covered through Federal employment.

Anything NIKE related. And Underarmor.

I'm still confused what you even mean by "Boycotting Obamacare"...

"I'd about rather die holding out as a hostage than pay an entity for doing it to me."

What does that even mean?

That you'd rather die for lack of health insurance then buy a policy (from a commercial insurance carrier) that covers preventative services, mental health, etc. and can't deny people who have pre-existing conditions (i.e. the insurance requirements of the ACA)?

It's a well known fact that those with insurance coverage subsidize the costs of those without, which is why having millions and millions of uninsured people in this country is bad for both financial and humanitarian reasons.

Anyway, back to the original topic...

Matt
