Do You Boycott Anything?

I'm glad more then a couple people have mentioned GMOs and Monsanto. GMOs have been proven to effect human health, and the USA is just about one of the only countries in the world who did not ban them for said health effects. The Tokyo Health Act banned GMOs as food, we (the USA) decided not to sign it. Probably because a few people got their own private jets from Monsanto.

Huge reason to boycott GMOs, always try to figure out if what your eating or feeding your loved ones is one of them or not.

I have a 75g tank full of GMO fish, GLO fish, they belong to the wife. can only be sold in the US except California.

Actually, to label food with GMO warning didn't pass in CA. The ones against it were Monsanto, Pepsi, Nestle, Kraft and a bunch of other huge food corporations. If you believe strongly in this you should boycott all those companies and their partners. It is easy for me to do anyways, all those companies make junk food. Actually you shouldn't be calling it food.

Eddie and Lee, I mean that I won't put one more dime into that system than is forced by law. I'm seeking any/all ways to work around it. already gotta pay twice as much to get less coverage. so, will go even further out of my way to not help sustain that system. as close to "not buying" can get, legally.
It's no different than someone avoiding certain businesses, due to their personal values. This is just harder(impossible) to do 100%.

The only way to know store foods are non-gmo is to buy things labeled as certified organic and with THE “NON-GMO PROJECT VERIFIED” SEAL" on it. They're costly.

I only replied due to a specific musing by others, to clarify my boycott rationale. I will not argue in this thread and hope he respects my previous statement & requestS not to.
