do you name your fish?

I only name the fish that grow on me. I have a gold ck (Willie), two o's (Frick and Frack). I had another ck (Conan "the destroyer") named for good reason. He became a display fish for one of my friends stores. I find that naming them before you've had them at least two months is bad luck. After that time, it's usually safe :)
 
My angels name go by Pterophyllum Scalare 1 and 2. My clown loaches go by thier names Chromobotia Macracanthus 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6.
 
oh dear.. i guess i'm a weirdo.. i name most of my fish..

my oldestest and dearest c. ocellaris is Dozer
and his best buddy silver aro is Pinky.
in their tank live the temensis twins and Rocky the oscar and Houdini the MRTC.

in one of the other tanks we have Lucy the RTC and Kabota the TSN

and the angels are Gabriel, Sunny, Blue Boy and Smoky, with Prince the royal pleco

and the younger set of c. ocellaris are Moe, Gabby, Neptune, Dude and Horse, they live with Toni the oscar and 2 common plecos who's names are hoover and twin 1.

the 4 c. orinos haven't earned names yet.. but they live with Babe the black ghost knife and twin 2.

that not all of my fish by a long shot.. just the ones with names..
 
You know .... i would only if the fish seemed to have a personality... a lot of fish i used to have had names. Like my first ever fish I got... it was a Beta and I named him Mad max just because he had the personality of being aggressive. lol but that was when i was 9 lol

gibbiceps - gibby.. oddly after a person named gibby.. but its safe to say it was inspired by science

i named my 7 inch royal pleco "Pleco Fantastic" my biggest Piranha is named "Bauce" which is just "Boss" pronounced funnier, and my discus is named "Discus"! I still need a name for my new king tiger pleco L066..
