yeah, but if you have more than one of a particular species, you have to be more specific. like "that son of a ***** right there".

Then I go by color and size. That dam calico, dam orange etc.

Oh I forgot, 1 fish out of 15 have names. Only because I rescued this fish from a 15gallon tank at a bar that had 5 common goldfish in it. And the girl that let me take it her name was michelle, so I named the fish that (the one on top)

Ya, some look real good grown up. I was at walmart the other day and it was a shame to see so many fish that would be dead in 48hrs. Some where VERY colorful.

Call me crazy but I follow one simple rule when I name pets. If they are never going to learn their name or respond to it I don't name them.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. that being said, I guess my O's name is "I guess you're hungry again, you fat bastard" he comes to me every time I say that.

I have one name Bad Blue when I first bought my tank it had a cichlid in it that picked on all the fish so my hubby named him Bad Blue . I now have a 100 Gal cichlid tank and he very laid back but hes still Bad Blue, bugger bit me today when I was cleaning the tank .:D
