ok we need to stop calling people idiots or i feel a thread closure comming......

you can tell people not to order from T.F.P. but there still are people who will order from them..... if they sold your number then that is a problem between you, TFP, and the company that's calling you. the best thing i think you can do right now is to not even talk to TFP. put your number on a do not call list and dont answer your phone/email when you get spam/telemarketers.

If it really gets on your nerves i guess you can call your phone company and see if they can block that number.
 
No problem with venting, we all have to do it from time to time. Hope I didn't upset you. I'd definitely register the number on the 'do not call' list and if they still call, contact the better business bureau - that should put an end to it quickly.
 
Thank you mr reef. I love to hear it when people actually respect those of us in the emergency services. Even the Blue colthed canarys(cops, lol, im joking). I lost my temper, i was coming off a shift with less than 3 hours of sleep, thanks to 2 people, who needed no help. AT ALL. anyways, thanks, and im sorry for losing my anger. I love my job, and i love it when people appreciate all we do. The dumb comment wasnt directed to you. Anyways i hope u get ur issue resolved man. Give thatfishplace another try. I still doubt it was them.

I appreciate that and I wanna apologize for being ignorant I was just venting from the whole ordeal. Most of what I work out with thatpetplace.com seemed like nobodies fault but they felt it could have been from my 3 account's that some information might have got to a company but I was just being stupid about it. My order's from them alway's come packed professionally and intact I spend over a thousand a month or so with them and will continue now that thing's were worked out. And, I have great respect for you sticking up for your store and being a good customer and getting me to calm down and not be a knucklehead.

Yeah were good never had a problem I was just being stupid and not taking the time to be mature on the whole situation. I will be ordering still from them and visiting them when they do there $1 a gallon fish tank sale again which I think is soon can't remember. Do you know when it is?

The whole world seems to be on a short fuse lately, it did me good to see this thread resolved so positively.
 
not sure when the next sale is. cant wait though!! im gotta get some stuff, i want to start a saltwater tank but need the stuff to start. Im glad we worked all this out and were cool.
 
Personally, I ordered from them many times but only once did they have what I ordered. To say I was not happy is an understatement. Sent two sick Doviis. They practically had no fins and I was only able to save one. The other times I ordered it took them forever to respond and when they did they said the fish were no longer available. It was a hassle I had to call my CC company and get a statement in order to get my money back.
