YES!! All the time! Whenever i meet someone new its one of the first things i talk to them about. My friends all know about my fishies and most of them are fascinated by the fish i keep and level of dedication I have. Most don't really like talkin to me about them though cuz i can talk about it for hours...hehe. My family is only mildly interested, i try explainin things but they just don't get it. My two oldest sisters think its great and are actually interested, go around with me and stuff when i go to pet stores. They think its funny when i use scientific names to confuse the heck outa the LFS peeps. My oldest sister actually keeps saltwater fish and as of current I am tryin to get her over to FW.....and shes slowly accepting. Only problem is she has live rock and none of the LFS will take it. SO yeah. But yes, talk about my fishies and my love for fishies every chance i get!

zip doesn't have any friends, so I let him post here sometimes to meet basic human interaction needs. I usually deny even knowing him to maintain a reasonable public image, but i figure you guys can hold a dirty secret.
 
i have friends but they are sadly .. other slaves. piranaha has stables full of us. The weird part is most of them are mexican transvestites. Oh yeah, what about the time you stuck your finger in your asshole while you were masterbating... i had to hear about that one.
 
i cant stop talking about fish or thinking about fish.i got my older sister hooked so bad she has 4 tanks in under a years time.most people blow me off when i start talking about fish, its a bum deal. fish keeping rocks :headbang2
for a while there i use to post an ad in the local paper as the"fish rescue". people that coulnt keep or no longer wanted there fish would call me and i would pay a small price ,or sometimes free, and take them to the LFS and donate them. i got some cool fish that way and saved alot of sick ones.

Yah I cant stop talking about fish either. I got my mom semi-hoooked.... she has a chiclid tank. My dad built a workshop, got acrylic and is waiting for it to cool down..(fl...hope it happens soon) so he can start builidng tanks..^__^ yay. I also talk to my mom about them. A friend of mine sells fish... I am friends with all the lfs owners/employees around here. I got a few of my friends into fish. In my speech class we had to give a speech about ourselfs... one of the questions or subjects was "Whats your hobby?" So I said Fish... getting them small and growing them big. Everyone laughed..., then someone asks "Whats the biggest fish you have, how many tanks?" So I was like between me and my bf prob. 20 Tanks. The biggest fish would be about a foot long arowana..then my teacher was like "marjuiwana(sp)?" I was like NO ARO-wana. Then he goes.."oh...well thats an intresting hobby"... everyone laughed through the entire thing. Now I dont even have a name in that class its just "fish girl".
