My point is you cant draw parallels between actions inside a vehicle. This is like me saying "well my neighbor likes to take target practice out in a field near my home," "and well he could hit a rock and the bullet ricochet and kill me or someone in my family so lets go and try to outrun the bullets" Just because a probability exists obviously doesn't guarantee the outcome, however we personally can take steps that can responsibly decrease or stop a potential outcome. Certainly some tasks take more concentration than others. I haven't seen too many accidents caused by picking your nose, er I mean itching............but there are enough caused by texting. I am not at all a fan of telling others what to do in the privacy of their cars or homes but texting a conversation is taking it a little too far. When bodies start to pile up and society can not or will not act accordingly then actions need to probably be taken.
