Do you think its safe to starve a 4in Widebar?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the first one looks ntt w/wider than usual bars to me...i have one just like it. his bars are unusually wide for a ntt, but from the tail pattern, he'll still be judged as a thin bar, but they luk great, i wouldn't not get 'em just cuz their name is different, although u might wanna try to bargain w/the price for it a little bit

ttt

give him a good feed on feeders then starve it

if the person gave in after 1 month he was nearly their

i have a rule in my tank eat or die no matter how much i paid for the fish

the new tigrinus cat i got hasnt eattern for 2 weeks tommorow he better learn the rules fast EAT OR DIE

i have had thin bars go 5 weeks before they ate

if hes in with other tigers that are eatting dead food he will give in in the end he would have to be a fool to watch other tigers feed on dead food yet let himself starve to death

i have never had a fish die from not eatting

The longest time one of my dats went for was an ngt for about 4 weeks. He couldnt stand watching all the others eat anymore.
As far as the ID on the first one, it looks more like an indo. It looks like it has good color though from that pic. See if you can talk him down a little on the price. I would still get him though, add a nice indo to your collection. Gotta catch them all.

thanks all.....keep the comments coming!:)

the second one is 100% wide bar.

i would say the second is ST the first one I'm not too sure but I'm leaning toward IT but really need better pics of both sides.
as for feeding i agree with the majority feed it up then starve it and dont give up.

grabed both of them...he was also selling a 10in one but passed on it.

pics to be posted later!

thanks again all....
