I'm bumping this because many may not be aware of where Cypress mulch comes form.
Please don't use it in your enclosures, or in your garden.
Go tell Mom too.

Great topic Brooklynella.

My Mom and Dad are visiting for Christmas and I caught an article in Mom's People magazine that explained how one conservation group gave Walmart Execs a tour of LA wetlands so they can see the impact Cypress trees have on the environment. Walmart is currently considering no longer selling it in their stores and an invite to Lowes and Home Depot Execs is pending. I had no idea this was happening until I read the article in People. I was not able to find this article online but I'm not exactly an internet search expert!

I love eco-earth as safe and snakes seem to like it. I use the bricks .
Where do you buy the loose stuff?.
I have only found the bricks which arent bad but with so much humidity they take while to dry in my patio .Would like to try loose bags.
