I'm Where I'm At
I know this is random, but I've noticed this more than once at work before. I'll be in a stall, and someone will come in to the next stall to drop their kids off at the pool, and they don't use a seat cover.

I've also noticed that some will use the urinal and walk out when they're done without washing their hands. Or they'll rinse off their hands real quick without even using soap.

gross man, sometimes, I'll even use 2 seat covers depending on how confident (or lack there of) I feel about the cleanliness of the restroom. If none is available, I use toilet paper, sure it's a pain when they stick on you as you step off or lean to the side to clean yourself but it just feels more sanitary to use them than not even though they may provide minor adequate protection.

Nope, in the UK these are never there to use so its not something you think of.
personally i'd rather be prepared and go before i leave but recently i was at a 3 day festival and the portaloos were terrible and i mean terrible.

if all else fails i will take off my pants completely and squat on the rim with only my shoes making contact with the toilet.

you just gotta make sure you throw a lot of toilet paper in to avoid major splash back

what i do is take 2 whole paper rolls and sit on that instead. its more comfy, so the next person is basically wiping there butt with my butt.

my brother went to china and it was the weirdest thing that he told me. there are these little rooms, and there is like a dozen holes in the ground, literally deep holes in the ground, no walls to seperate each hole, and you just go do your business in there with a bunch of other dudes.

funniest thing ever to me. not to make fun, i understand different places, different ways to do things, but just funny

I wash my hands before I use the bathroom. I don't want to touch my plumbing with dirty hands...lol . If the urinals have an automatic flush, I won't wash my hands after. As for toilet stalls, yes, I will definitely cover the seat, and don't worry, I do wash my hands after using a stall. I also use a towel for the doorknob when exiting the bathroom.

i know right? that's why it puzzles me why someone wouldn't

and after I'm done, you gotta use the steven seagal front ax kick to flush the toilet. i even walk out the restroom using my elbow or shoulder to open the door

LMFAO

i was waiting for you to chime in and say something like that

why is that stuck on us asians? i'm sure plenty of non asian third world countries do that.
