Does anyone else's parents ever use their fih as a threat?

^hold a minute! Bottomfeeder's parents didnt kill his fish as it never happened and they dont smashed his tanks. They dont hit Bottomfeeder either. Im sure his parents dont verbal abusive, they only said things (and a little swearing) when they were so angry at OP. My parents often use swearing when we got in arguements but does it make them bad parents? No they are greatest parents I have ever! What you think they let OP have fish tanks in first place and even let him use computer to check out this forum? It shows that his parents do care about him. Please dont try to make his parents into bad people. It is very disturb to see some posters calling OP's parents sick but remember his parents are NOT serious fishkeepers just like us, its just not fair to see few people make up some assumptions about someone's parents that they don't know. Im sure the OP's parents are great people.
That is messed up. I have a daughter she is only 1 yr but still I would never say i would kill her pets not matter What they are. What happen to the normal things like no tv, no firends over, no candy, no phone, or something like that.

Well I don't have an aquarium but my parents always threaten to give my dog to a farm. Even for making the smallest mistake like forgetting to walk him 1 single time. But I know they will never do it because they love him too much, my whole family are a bunch of bullies.
