Does anyone know what kind of fish this is?

Sorry if this is in the wrong category. My brother bought this fish two days ago and he and the store says its a Poleni. But when I searched online it only shows a Paratilapia Polleni. I was wondering if there was like a different type of them or something? or if it's a whole different kind of fish. Does anyone know what kind of fish it may be? Any help is a greatly appreciated!

This is a guess on my part, but maybe this one could be a female? which would explain the duller colors? although the shape seems to be more elongated compared to the one i have... although mine is a male and an old guy at that...

Hmm. I just looked up freshwater sunfish and some of the pictures on google does look quite like it, but so much more designs on them. What does your sunfish eat? Are they aggressive?

That is definitely a green sunfish. In my state they can't be sold, just caught so I have no idea what they would cost. Really cool fish though!
