Run. If you swim 5 days a week be sure you are running at least 2-3 days too. Its better to over lap the days than to just exercise 7 days a week, but run. If you need to run on Saturday then do it, just run.
Get up at 4:30 and run 3 miles before school 2x a week. Running is an amazing exercise. If you have time to do 4 or 5 miles, do it. Just run.
Any time spent strengthening your core will do wonders for your flip turns, breast stroke and butterfly. Do 2 or 300 crunches before bed each night. Look up core strengthening exercise on the net. Spend some time on core strengthening...20 min a day is all you need. Some can be done while you are brushing your teeth.
Eating a lot of spinach or other sources of iron helps to make sure your blood can carry as much oxygen as possible.
Wear panty hose or sweat pants, a t-shirt, something to cause drag for as much of your practice as you can.

3- i dont do brest or fly, but ill look up the core exercises anyway.

And running that early in the morning means no one is awake to see you.
3 miles should take you no more than 35 min. (That is the SLOW person pace). Honest, even running at that slow of a pace will help make you a stronger swimmer. Go run. Go run slow and poorly, but go run. There is no reason for serious speed or distance, just run.

You asked what suggestions we had to make you a better swimmer, and now you tell me you don't want to change your existing skill set? You want to swim faster but you are not willing to do exercise to help make that happen?!?!?!
I have 7 years of competitve swimming in me, 3 of them at a DIV 1 college. I am not suggesting that you run 3 miles a day to make fun of you. You asked for help I offered it! If you want to be a better swimmer you better build up enough endurance to run 3 miles.... which by the way is considered a VERY short run. I only said 3 miles as I didn't figure you would be willing to do much more than that before school in the morning.
The run isn't for the purpose of building sprint muscles, or for building long distance muscles its for building your cardio-vascular system. It will also do good things for your leg muscles which are where about 70% of your speed comes from in a free style event.
Trust me, the students winning the events all run.
